Rentals include full day access to 4000 square feet of indoor space including a fully furnished tavern, upstairs loft for a bridal suite, sound system (4 inputs for a laptop/phone, microphone, guitar, keyboard, and wireless lapel for the officiant), the chapel for ceremonies, a charming downstairs dressing quarters, and a magical outdoor garden and covered back patio space. A prep-space is also available for caterers and do-it-yourselfers, however, please note that it is not a full kitchen and does not include a stove or oven; only small refrigeration, sink, and countertop space. We do have a full refrigerator, oven and stove in our upstairs bridal suite. Your rental also includes 150 white resin folding chairs, 124’ of folding tables (seating for 108), and black or white linens.

Rental price per day:
7 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Saturday: $3200
Friday and Sunday: $2700
Monday-Thursday: $1900
Cleaning Fee: $200 (due with remaining balance 30 days out)
